We listed our Mt. cabin early March and within a week she had it sold. It was a real problem with the Forest Service and getting it sold, but she worked hard at helping us, giving us recommendations of people to help us out, and finally the end of August, after a long, long struggle, we finally got to closing and done. I would be happy too recommend her to anyone that has a cabin or home for sale in the Welches area. Very pleasant and always responded within hours or even minutes to my emails. I recently worked with Liz buying a small vacation home in the Welches area. She is extremely knowledgeable with the local area and real estate market. It turned out to be a complicated transaction because my bank decided that they wouldn't loan on the house because of an issue with the appraisal. She was able to work with the sellers to get them to carry a contract for me with better terms than I was getting from the bank! She was always responsive and would get back to me immediately even on nights and weekends. She was able to send me documents to sign online so I didn't have to come in and sign a lot of papers. Every step of the process she performed flawlessly. I have purchased 4 properties and sold one in my lifetime and Liz is easily the best of the 5 realtors I've worked with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the greater Welches area.

We found Liz because she was listing agent for a Forest Service cabin we were interested in. That property didn't work for us but Liz worked with us to find one that did, that we recently took possession of. Liz is knowledgeable about the Mt. Hood market in vacation homes and about the particulars of buying a USFS vacation home. We had the sense that she was committed to finding a property that was right for us, that she paid attention to our preferences as they became clear in the course of working together. She also is an extremely nice person, a pleasure to work with, and laid back. Highly recommended.

In February I purchased a short sale house through Liz Warren. She helped me through the morass of short sales, negotiated a very acceptable price, kept me appraised of what was happening and got me to closing just at the time I wanted to close. Also she connected me with a mortgage broker who also worked with me being so far away from the location. What makes this even more amazing is the fact that I was living in Los Angeles and the house was on Mt. Hood in Oregon. She responded quickly to phone and email messages. Never did I feel that I was out in the cold.

We sold a vacation place on Mt Hood with almost nothing but short-sales and reposessions surrounding us. Obviously 2010/2011 was not the time to be selling, but it did sell and we're thankful it did. Liz was non-nonsense when it came to providing us with the realities of the market and pricing so that it would sell. Liz is the most knowledgeable, courteous, and professional agent I have experienced in any sales capacity I have met in my life of 67 years. She is patient and has the tenacity to stay with what could have looked like a non-sale, because I had to change my plans over a period of nearly half of a year owing to the need to sell two of my other properties in this tough real estate market. Years ago I did commission sales, and know from experience that a person like Liz is a top performer and producer for her company. She was able to point out potential problem areas that I was able to rectify before consummating the final sale, and she dealt with myself and the seller (his agent) in a very friendly manner. I always got the impression that she was trying her best to watch after my interests, and never ever felt that just earning a commission was her main motivation. She anticipated needs such as providing a list of utility suppliers and their addresses and phone numbers...a very thoughtful gesture, one of many she provided. I hope that your management recognizes her great value to your organization...she is a real credit to the rank of sales professionals in general.
