Timberline Rim Home Sales are Up in 2014
One of the more popular areas in the Mt. Hood area is Timberline Rim a subdivision that wraps around the Sandy River in Rhododendron and Brightwood. After going through many foreclosures after the last couple of years, the area has stabilized and equities increased allowing the foreclosures to diminish to a trickle and owners who have been waiting to sell have seized their opportunities. The low HOA of $200 per year make Timberline Rim an attractive alternative to other options in the area.
