Deeded properties, also know as "fee simple" properties, are located in Rhododendron, Welches, Government Camp and Brightwood. Deeded properties are typically bank financible unless there is some defect that a lender will not accept. Here are a few deeded properties on the market now.

Primary homes may be purchased with as little as 3.5% down with an FHA loan. Using a USDA loans, which our area qualifies, a primary home may be purchased with zero down.
