The Cool Creek Tract, in the Mt. Hood National Forest leased land area, has some special considerations placed upon these recreational residence cabins as of 2009. This report prepared in December 2009 explains the study and the reasons behind the special conditions for the permit re-issuance granted for these particular cabins.
